MAXAS Design and Build Ltd specialise in all types of residential building works across the Home Counties.

We offer a fully competitive and complete quality service for all of our construction projects. We provide a wide range of services, major builds to extensions, loft conversions and all minor building refurbishment, repairs and internal/external maintenance works, each project is tailored specifically to our client’s individual needs and requirements.

Our process is to work with our clients from the very start of the process providing a full and complete service with communication being key in delivering the finished projects our clients envisaged from the start.

 

History

MAXAS Managing Director James Pitkin brings many solid years of personal experience and expertise to the business. Having started work in the construction industry from an early age he has gained a great deal of knowledge which he incorporates throughout the business.

The team at MAXAS Design and Build Ltd are all highly skilled tradesmen local to the home counties, professional, highly motivated, multi-skilled, fully trained individuals each having their own areas of expertise, from carpentry & joinery to plumbing, roofing, bricklaying painting and decorating. They all share the Maxas Design and Build values and passion for the industry.

This was our first and so far only extension and for us it was a big undertaking, increasing the floor area by a third. James was a Godsend, he helped us understand what was involved, what happens during a build, how it all happens and how much everything costs. We were very wary of the huge impact the building process would have on our lives and our pets live but I have to say Maxas made everything as easy for us as they could do. We were impressed with the project management, the speed and flexibility of the build and the tidiness of the site, all of which helped us get through the whole process. Costs were adhered to, standards were extremely high and the guys on the site were a pleasure to get to know. The build was finished on time (to the day!) and on budget, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The extension has literally changed our lives (for the better) and we would whole-heartedly recommend James and all the guys at Maxas.
